Operating out of a professional kitchen, Jennifer and Erik take the time to understand their clients' specific dietary needs and tastes. This allows them to create specific menus for each individual client, allowing everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions, the opportunity to enjoy a delicious, healthy meal.

After growing up in New York City, Jennifer
travelled extensively, taking her to stay for extended periods of time
in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and several other European cities, as
well as many cities in India.
Her return to the United States in 2012 ignited her passion to create and share delicious, healthy foods. She uses her experiences overseas to create exotic, yet comforting meals for her clients.
Jennifer's experiences and compassion help her create specific meal plans for clients, catering to their specific requirements; creating the recipes; and preparing the meals.
Raised in New York City, Erik has held a variety of positions within the restaurant industry. He has been a dishwasher, as well as a manager.
Erik also trained at a culinary school in New York City, and has learned a lot through experience. His knowledge of all areas of the industry allow him to bring his unique perspective to Plum Portland.
His expertise lies in operations and support, as well as in grilling, smoking, and brewing distinctive items for Plum Portland clients.
